Founder and CEO
Hong Kong’s leading expert in virtual support and ecourse implementation. Nicole’s strengths lie in the ability to understand and see the big picture, and then break it down into smaller, achievable tasks to reach the end goal. She is a Certified Online Business Manager, and holds a Certificate in Marketing, and a Bachelor in Adult Education.
Administration & Bookkeeping
With her broad operational experience, Josie has great attention to detail and strong problem solving abilities, which is key for administration support.
Executive & Personal Assistance
Proactive and deadline driven, Devyani has over 20 years’ experience in executive and personal assistance, project management, and general admin.
Joe Marie Banadera
As a Virtual Assistant, Joe Marie supports the team with any overflow of work, as and when needed.

Dawn manages our accounts receivable and payable, and is responsible for invoicing, bill payments, payroll and general administration support.
Nicole Graham started offering computer software and freelance administration support to small business owners back in 2007. Over time, and to offer her clients a well-rounded range of services, she began collaborating with other freelancers.
In 2010, Nicole re-branded to Bauhinia Solutions and, to ensure a consistent and reliable support service, the evolution from collaborating with freelancers, to employing her own team began.
As our clients became more comfortable with delegating, they started asking us for broader help, and more than just the traditional administration tasks – we began supporting them with sending newsletters, coordinating events, and managing their social media marketing.
While the majority of our clients are SME, we’ve always had a handful of clients who needed personal support related to their home and family life. To promote this aspect of our business, this website has been developed to focus on the virtual assistant service that supports active families, busy executives, and business owners who need assistance on a personal level.
We’re not your traditional Virtual Assistant. We consider ourselves your business partner. We like to work with clients who wish to establish a long-term relationship allowing us to get to know you, and support you in the best way possible.
